Difference between "REPLY" and "REPLY ALL" in email

As many of us have known, there are "reply" and "reply all" in many email settings. What is the difference? "reply" means that we are reply to  and only to the person who had sent email to us. "reply all" means that everyone that is listed on the CC and BCC could see the email, although those recipients may not directly involve in the email. There is also a significant difference between CC and BCC. CC means that the CC recipient could see the email and it is known that the recipient could see the email. BCC means that BCC recipient could see the email but the other recipient would not know that BCC recipient.

About Wiki

A blog is a message posted on website with regards to a specific topic. The purpose of creating a blog is to share information.
Wiki is a piece of server software that allows users to freely create and edit Web page content using any Web browser. Wiki supports hyperlinks and has a simple text syntax for creating new pages and crosslinks between internal pages on the fly.
It is fairly easy to edit a wiki page. It appears that some websites allow anyone to edit their pages. The positive side of this is that users may update a website at a timely manner. However, the easy acess to the website editing page also cause risks of having wrong information in the mean time.

To conclude, I believe that Wikis is a good website to get to know various information. However, as anyone could edit those information on that website, we should not use it as an authoritative source of reference. After reviewing the readings and resources for the unit, I still believe that Wiki is a good resource to get to know information but it cannot used to cite as official resource.

Among all the web 2.0 application that Mr. Biden is using, twitter is a very popular one. There is 537K followers on this website. Based on the design and images, it appears that the targeted audience for this app. is all the American people who is interested in politics and those who desire to know more about current issue about American Parties.
Based on the research of web 2.0 applications used by Joe Biden, I believe he is effectively using all the application because the information on those sites are updated regularly and design and images of the site fit well into the main character of Joe Biden.

Cloud Computing

Cloud Computing is a new technology to save data/files on a sharing resource so that the data could be accessed anytime, anywhere on internet. I did some research on Cloud Computing and I read articles arguing the advantages and disadvantages about cloud computing. Below is the link:

After all, I believe there are more advantages of Cloud Computing than disadvantage. With careful operation, cloud computing could bring a great deal of convenience for our life and our business.
